Maintaining a soft and healthy skin is not hard if you eat the right kind of food, drink plenty of water, good sleep, healthy and a balance lifestyle.

Staying under the sun will not be a problem with proper sun protection cream and following some great tips on how to prevent wrinkles. And if you are seriously want to have a great skin, the very first thing to do and wear a hat and good quality sunscreen when out in the sunshine. Because our skin is affected by our genes, inner nutrition – what we eat and drink, emotional health, exercise and outer nutrition – how we take care of our skin.

If you want your skin to look and feel great, deep cleansing is very important. This should be done first thing in the morning and last thing at night to remove pore-clogging dirt. Toning your skin is designed to remove any last traces of cleanser, and of course, applying a moisturizer- to help restore the moisture loss caused by the drying effects of sunlight, central heating, wind, cold and pollution. A good daytime moisturizer should contain a sunscreen and easily absorbs into the skin. At night you should use a richer, more nourishing cream, as this is when your skin more readily absorbs moisture.
